After your booking, you will receive a reservation confirmation from us via email. If you have not booked and paid online, payment for the rental fee, safety gear, accessories, and the deposit will be made on-site when you pick up the motorcycle.

You must be at least 21 years old and hold a driver's license of the following class:

- A : Motorcycles 660cc and over

-A2: Motorcycles 400cc

-A1: Scooter 125cc

-B: If the driving license was made for 2022 - Scooter 125cc

A credit card for the deposit is desirable, but we also accept cash.

You must have a class A driving license, or A2 for the Speed 400 or Scrambler 400.

For the 125cc scooters you need the A1, or the B (car) license if it was obtained before 2022.

Unfortunately, we cannot rent a motorcycle without a valid motorcycle license. It is required that you present your license to ensure that you are authorized to ride a motorcycle.

You must be at least 21 years old to rent a Triumph from us.

Please bring your driver's license, your ID card or passport, and preferably a credit card for easy payment. For riding, we recommend wearing long pants and sturdy footwear. A backpack for your personal items is also recommended, as our motorcycles have no storage space. We can provide you with a backpack if needed.

We accept Visa and MasterCard, PayPal, Stripe, SEPA, bank transfer, and cash payments.

For rentals starting within 7 days and short-term rentals of less than 3 days, no deposit is required. All other rentals require a deposit of:

• €30 for a half-day rental (per motorcycle)

• €50 for a one-day rental (per motorcycle)

• €100 for reservations of 3 days or more (per motorcycle)

• Free kilometers per tariff (See free kilometers in FAQ)

• Comprehensive insurance with €1500 deductible

• Liability insurance over €50 million

• 24/7 roadside assistance

• New motorcycles, dealer-maintained with low mileage

Half-day rentals (4 hours) start at 10 AM and end at 2 PM. Full-day rentals (8 hours) start at 10 AM and end at 6 PM. (5-6 hour rentals are available by arrangement). Returns are not possible between 2:30 PM and 4:30 PM and after 6:30 PM. We also offer special rates for 24-hour rentals, extended weekends, and long-term rentals. Contact us for details and prices.

The motorcycles can be picked up or returned between 10 AM to 2 PM and 4 PM to 6 PM. We are closed from 2 PM to 4 PM.

The half-day rental (4 hours) includes 100 free kilometers, and the full-day rental (8 hours) includes 200 free kilometers. Additional kilometers are charged at €0.30 per km. Weekend and 24-hour special rates include more free kilometers accordingly. Please check our website or flyers for specific conditions.

We'll hold a €1,500 deposit for motorcycles and €500 for scooters on your credit card. Upon return of the vehicle without damage, we'll release the deposit. The deposit can also be paid in cash. The release receipt (resolucion) serves as proof of chargeback.

In some cases, it may take a day or two for the amount to appear in your account. This depends on your bank.

German citizens residing in Germany can take out rental vehicle insurance through Hanse Merkur, which covers the €1500 deductible. However, the insurance must be purchased 24 hours before picking up the motorcycle

If you are paying with a credit card, it is worth checking whether damage to rental cars and motorcycles is covered by the credit card company or if rental vehicle insurance is included.

Absolutely. The liability insurance covers up to €50 million for personal injury and property damage.

Please note that a machine reserved for you cannot be rented to other customers.

If you cancel the contract before the agreed rental start date, the following percentages of the agreed rental price as per the rental agreement must be paid. In case of cancellation:

• Up to 30 days before the rental start date: 20%

• Up to 15 days before the rental start date: 50%

• Less than 14 days before the rental start date: 70%

• Less than 7 days before the rental start date: 90%

• On the day of the rental start date: 100% of the agreed rental price

You are entitled to name a replacement renter. If the replacement fulfills the rental contract, the partial payment will not be required.

In case of an accident, the police and, if there are personal injuries, the emergency services must be notified. The uniform emergency number is 110. Usually, there is English or German-speaking staff at the emergency center. Please also inform us directly about the incident. Take photos for evidence and ensure that the personal details of the other party are recorded. We will also send you a form to document the accident.

If you are running late, be sure to call us and let us know when you expect to return. For a delay of more than half an hour up to an hour, we charge €30 for additional labor and loss of use. For a delay of more than an hour, the cost will be for an additional half-day rental:

• If the agreed return time is 2 PM, the rental extends to 6 PM.

• If the agreed return time is 6 PM, the rental extends to 10 AM the following day.

If you return the motorcycle before the agreed return date, the full rental price must be paid unless we are able to rent the motorcycle to someone else.

Mallorca residents receive a 10% discount on motorcycle rentals. The residence card (Tarjeta de residencia) must be presented.

An extension of the rental period during the rental period is possible after consultation with us. Just give us a call.

As long as there are available capacities in your desired motorcycle class, rescheduling is possible without any additional cost.
